Alke Analytics supports two funnel modes to match your analysis needs. Closed funnels enforce a strict step-by-step sequence: users must complete each step in order within a single session to count as converted. Open funnels are more flexible, allowing users to take detours between steps while still tracking the overall progression.

Both modes are session-based, which means they reflect real user behavior within a single visit — giving you an accurate, actionable picture of how people navigate your site or app.

See where users drop off — and where they come from

Each step in a funnel displays two critical data points: the drop-off rate (how many users left the journey at that point) and the arrival rate (how many users entered the funnel from a previous step). This dual view lets you pinpoint friction points with precision and understand whether a drop-off is a design issue, a content problem, or simply natural behavior.

Compare segments with series

Funnels become even more powerful when combined with series. Want to compare how mobile users convert versus desktop? Or how organic traffic performs against paid campaigns? Add multiple series to any funnel and see side-by-side conversion data for each segment — instantly revealing where specific audiences struggle or excel.
